Job Title: Head Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Location: Dubai, UAECompany: SpiroAbout Spiro:Spiro is a fast-growing organization at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence. We are looking for a sharp and strategic Head FP&A to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is key to driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units. - Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management. - Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis. - Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions. - Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation. - Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives. - Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred. - 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis. - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle, etc.). - Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Key Attributes:- Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail. - Proactive, self-starter with strong business acumen. - Comfortable handling ambiguity and managing multiple priorities. - Passionate about turning data into decisions.Why Spiro?Join a high-impact team where your insights help shape strategy and drive growth.
