Dear Applicant,PFB the detailed JD for AI Lead.Key Responsibilities:This role will involve developing, implementing, and managing AI projects to extract insights and create predictive solutions.Experiment on different emerging techniques to improve the performance of AI solutionsIndividual will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior data scientists, AI engineers, providing technical leadership, defining solutions & architectures,The role will also be contributing to the overall AI strategy of the companyWork with internal stakeholders to collaborate on delivering solutionsInteract with client for understanding requirements and discussing solutionsSet clear goals, assign tasks, and ensure the team's performance meets or exceeds expectations.Identify new data sources and technologies that can improve data analysis and modeling capabilities.Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations Job Requirement:Total years of required experience in Software industry to be: 12 to 14 yearsProven experience in AI, data science, machine learningStrong programming skills in languages such as PythonExperience of requirement understanding, architecture designing, solutioning is importantProficiency in Generative AI techniques prompt engineering, Vector DB, various LLMs such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Open-source LLMs is importantExposure to Agentic AI, Advanced RAG, Multi Modal LLMs will be beneficialExposure to various AI frameworks such as lang-graph, Langchain, Autogen, crew.ai, MCP, Agent2AgentExperience in cloud based AI platforms such as GCP Vertex AI, Azure Foundry, AWS BedrockExposure to low code AI platforms will be beneficial e.g. n8n, copilot studio, etcExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into data science projects.Strong communication and team leadership skillsCertifications on Azure, AWS, GCP can be an advantage
