About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to design and deliver intensive training programs (10–15 days) for newly hired Backend Developers, Senior Developers, Tech Leads, and Technical Managers. The trainer will be responsible for imparting hands-on knowledge in modern technologies, guiding participants through structured learning paths, and assessing their technical competency to ensure readiness for project delivery.Key Responsibilities- Design & Deliver Training Programs: - Conduct structured training sessions on .NET Core, GraphQL, Cosmos DB, ReactJS, Azure Cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, security, and observability. - Align training content with role-specific JDs and organizational standards. - Create Training Material: - Develop presentations, coding exercises, quizzes, and capstone projects. - Prepare evaluation rubrics for code quality, architecture, performance, and test coverage. - Mentor & Assess Trainees: - Provide hands-on guidance during practical sessions and projects. - Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, coding assessments, and project reviews. - Share detailed progress reports with hiring managers. - Stay Current: - Continuously update training content to reflect latest best practices and emerging technologies. - Collaborate: - Work closely with Delivery Heads and Tech Leads to ensure training outcomes meet project needs.Required Skills & Qualifications- Technical Expertise: - Strong hands-on experience in .NET (C# / .NET Core), GraphQL, Cosmos DB, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud. - Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and system monitoring. - Training & Mentoring Skills: - Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs. - Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Preferred Certifications: - Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent. - Experience: - Minimum 8+ years in software development with at least 2 years in a training or mentoring role.Nice to Have- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio.Advantmed | Transforming Healthcare Through TechnologyFounded: 2005 | Headquarters: Santa Ana, CaliforniaAdvantmed is a technology driven healthcare solutions provider dedicated to streamlining clinical and administrative workflows for payers and providers.
