About the CompanyOur client is looking for an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Java Spring Boot, AWS, MySQL, and related technologies to join its dynamic team.About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading its technical initiatives, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of software developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorshipArchitect, design, and develop scalable and reliable software solutions using Java Spring Boot.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies.Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for deployment, scalability, and cost-efficiency.Design and maintain MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues in a proactive and timely manner.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend their adoption when applicable.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the development team. QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Engineer, with 8-10 years of hands-on experience. Required SkillsExpertise in Java Spring Boot and related Spring Framework componentsStrong proficiency in AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.Proficient in MySQL database design, optimization, and maintenance.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.Familiarity with micro services architecture and RESTful API design principles.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.Certification in AWS and/or Spring Framework is highly desirable. Preferred SkillsFront-end technologies such as React.js, React NativeNoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesServerless computing (AWS Lambda)Messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, SQS)DevOps practices and toolsCloud security best practices Experience : 8-10 years
