This role requires strong procurement expertise, analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead negotiations and contract processes effectively.Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using the client’s strategic sourcing framework. - Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through negotiations, event-driven activities, and alternate sourcing approaches. - Lead commercial negotiations and draft simple to complex contractual agreements. - Support Category Managers in managing supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, capability development, quality enhancement, risk mitigation, and overall value delivery. - Serve as an escalation point for the Source-to-Contract (S2C) team, addressing operational challenges and collaborating with the Regional Delivery Lead or Category Manager as needed. - (If applicable) Manage team objectives, performance reviews, training, competency development, and career growth.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields preferred).Required Skills- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing methods and category-level procurement practices. - Expertise in one or more indirect spend categories (e.g., Professional Services, IT Services), including market dynamics, supplier landscape, and procurement best practices. - Ability to define appropriate procurement strategies aligned with category and business requirements. - Proficiency in drafting various types of commercial contracts and agreements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder-management capabilities. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design tailored procurement solutions. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Leadership capability with experience motivating and guiding team members. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—Excel, Word, PowerPoint.To Apply: Send your resume to Siddharth.Sankpal@Subject Line: Source to contract
