In this role, you will lead customer acquisition through high-impact paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. Your goal will be to scale sustainably while delivering strong ROI and profitable growthKey Responsibilities- Plan, launch & manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels - Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to drive continuous improvement - Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to achieve ROAS, CAC, and LTV targets - Monitor daily budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and funnel performance - Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets - Identify new channels, tools, and growth opportunities for scaling - Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updatesRequirements- 2–4 years of experience in media buying, preferably for D2C / E-commerce brands - Proven success in managing and scaling paid campaigns profitably - Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools - Hands-on experience with Pixel, GA4, CAPI, UTMs, and tracking systems - Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Creative eye for evaluating ad creatives and messaging - Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment.Kindly share your CV at: vashisht.t@
