The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, establish best practices, and provide technical leadership to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of performance and scalability. This role requires a senior-level professional with strong expertise in performance testing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to experiment and innovate while maintaining structured processes.Roles and Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design, define, and refine the platform’s performance testing strategy. Create and document standards and guidelines for project teams to follow when building performance scripts. Develop high-quality automation scripts for selected modules that serve as reference examples for best practices. Provide consultation and technical guidance to module teams during the script development process. Review and approve performance scripts developed by module teams, ensuring compliance with standards and proper data cleanup procedures. Maintain and manage the performance testing environment, ensuring stability and scalability for ongoing projects. Continuously enhance and improve the performance testing framework, using structured processes and Jira for task tracking. Present framework features and improvements in demo meetings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
