About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support a Transition Service Agreement (TSA) and organizational separation program. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success managing procurement processes during carve-outs, divestitures, business integrations, or restructuring initiatives. This role will support smooth operational transition, ensure continuity of supply, assess contractual impacts, and help define long-term category strategies for the post-separation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTSA & Separation ManagementSupport procurement transition activities aligned to TSA timelines and scope.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Business Units) to ensure continuity of vendor relationships during separation.Track, monitor, and drive TSA deliverables, milestone adherence, and reporting requirements.Evaluate existing contracts for separation impact, ownership transfer, term renegotiation, or expiration risk.Procurement OperationsConduct supplier engagement, negotiations, and contract adjustments ensuring compliance with separation requirements.Support sourcing activities including RFx execution, vendor onboarding, cost analysis, and risk assessment.Ensure continuity of supply across critical categories including indirect, direct materials, services, and technology depending on scope.Compliance & GovernanceWork closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper execution of novation agreements, addendums, and new procurement structures.Maintain documentation, audit trails, and version control throughout the transition lifecycle.Ensure procurement policies align with the future operating model and regulatory standards.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner closely with Global Procurement, Business Leaders, and PMO to ensure alignment and communicate risks or gaps.Participate in weekly governance reviews, progress tracking, and reporting cadence to leadership.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or related field.8–10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in:Mergers & acquisitionsBusiness separationTSA environmentsCarve-outs or integration programsStrong experience with supplier negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and risk mitigation.Familiarity with global procurement processes, templates, and compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience using procurement or ERP platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, etc.).Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and commercial acumen.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.Ability to work under ambiguity, tight milestones, and dynamic transition requirements.Detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline and governance mindset.Ability to manage multiple categories and diverse vendor ecosystems.
