With a focus on excellence and sustainability, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP BIM Operator to join our team. Our offices are based in Pune, India, providing a collaborative and vibrant work environment.Responsibilities:- Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP). - Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural elements to ensure clash-free designs and optimal space utilization. - Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components. - Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and other documentation from BIM models to support project implementation. - Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs. - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of MEP models and associated documentation throughout the design and construction phases. - Adhere to industry standards, codes, and best practices in MEP design and modeling. - Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in BIM.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revizto or similar tools. - Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration into building designs. - Experience in MEP drafting, or modeling within the construction industry. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and portfolio showcasing your MEP BIM modeling experience to [].
