PLATFORM TEAM LEADER ( Full-time at a Fortune 500 tech MNC)

Essential:- Ability to handle 8~12 engineers’ team and 10+ projects. - Ability to handle meetings with international teams on Teams call/physical meeting. Must have very good proficiency in English language. - Need sufficient riding exposure and understanding of 2W vehicle dynamics. - Good knowledge of vehicle assembly and its sub-parts assembly. - Ability to do data analysis. - Hands-on experience.Responsibilities:- Project management for one Brand, completing RASCI matrix with international teams and within R&D. - Bike evaluations, assembly, team handling, report preparation, meeting handling.Competency RequirementsTechnical / Functional:- Basic 2W knowledge. - Team handling capability. - Analytical capability.Behavioral:- Soft-spoken, confident, assertive, and smart in decision making. - Team player.Specific expertise required for functional area:- 2W riding skills - on road. - Good physical fitness. - Must know data analysis. - Process improvements. - Hands-on experience on assembly area. - Aware about the new technologies and testing protocols needed to validate the same.
