As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.About the RoleThis role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to drive impactful outcomes across cross-functional teams.Responsibilities- RPA & AI Program Development - Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA and AI solutions aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define use cases. - Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms. - - Delivery, Project & Program Management - Manage end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability. - Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement. - Effectively track progress using project management tools & overall op-model expansion. - - Market & Strategic Analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and innovation. - Identify emerging trends in automation and AI to guide roadmap development. - Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. - - Project-to-Product Mindset Transformation - Lead the shift from project-based delivery to product-centric operating models. - Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical teams. - Establish governance and processes for product lifecycle management.-Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred. - 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology. - Overall 10+ years of experience. - Proven experience in managing or helping with RPA/IPA and AI implementations.Required Skills- Go-getter attitude with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight. - Highly self-motivated and resourceful; thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills to break down complex problems, evaluate options, and recommend actionable solutions. - Proven ability to stay organized and on top of multiple priorities, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently. - Comfortable rolling up sleeves to dive deep into data, processes, and stakeholder feedback to uncover root causes and drive resolution. - Adept at using data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure impact of strategic initiatives. - Experience in strategy development, operational planning, or business transformation within dynamic and matrixed organizations. - With experience with developing products and product management frameworks. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around strategic goals.Preferred Skills- Experience with developing products and product management frameworks.```
