Test Lead

Company Description:Volante is on the Leading Edge of Financial Services technology, if you are interested to be on an Innovative fast- moving team that leverages the very best in Cloud technology our team may be right for you.By joining the product team at Volante, you will have an opportunity to shape the future of payments technology.We are a financial technology business that provides a market leading, cloud native Payments Processing Platform to Banks and Financial institutions globally.Education Criteria :- Bachelors / master’s degree in computer science engineering - Proven hands-on Software Testing experience.Experience Level :- Laterals who have completed courses in testing with at least 8 to 13 years of relevant experience.Technical Skills (Essential) :- Should have experience in Manual and Automation Testing. - Should have good skill in preparing test scenario, Test Estimation &Test Plans. - Experience with Payment Domain (ISO 20022, SWIFT and any other industry Standards). - Experience with Agile Methodology, Testing Life Cycle, Defect Life Cycle and Bug Tracking tools like JIRA and Bugzilla. - Working experience with Linux Operating Systems, RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL or MySQL).Technical Skills (Desirable) :- Experience with protocols such as JMS, HTTP, SOAP and FTP. - Experience with Tomcat/JBoss (WildFly)/IBM WebSphere/Oracle WebLogic application servers. - Experience with MQ (IBM MQ, ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ). - Work with technologies like Jenkins, AWS, Docker is a plus. - Exposure to build tools like Maven or ANT.Roles & Responsibilities :- Strong communication skills (ability to describe the situation, articulate the problem, scenario, results, and functional document writing) - Comfortable working in a team, also with members of other teams (Project manager, Development & Business Analyst) when needed. - Good analytical skills: understand the problem, analyse a situation, propose a solution.Location :- Pune
