We are Hiring Customer Experience Specialist at Exxat!Exxat, a US-headquartered leader in cloud-based Health Sciences education management, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.Location: Pune / VadodaraWork Model: Work From Office (Hybrid)Experience: 5+ years of Experience in Product Training.What you’ll drive:◾ End-to-end webinar management — scheduling, setup, coordination, quality checks, and post-session insights.◾ Reviewing and polishing webinar presentations; creating flyers, event pages, and other promotional assets.◾ Preparing release webinar decks, tutorials, Help Center articles, and other training content.◾ Setting up and maintaining Sales demo data; configuring environments based on internal requirements.◾ Testing and validating new product functionalities and refining demo environments with each release.◾ Supporting onboarding and product training for new customers.◾ Participating in UAT and assisting in internal training initiatives.What we’re looking for:◾ 5+ years in Product Training or Customer Success.◾ 2+ years engaging with US-based clients.◾ Strong expertise in content creation, documentation, and webinar facilitation.◾ Familiarity with AI tools.◾ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.◾ Proficiency with MS Office and virtual training tools (Teams, WebEx, GoTo, Zoom).◾ Highly organized, adaptable, and solution oriented.➡ Apply here:
