With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Role: Associate –International Voice ProcessMode of Work: Work From Office (WFO)Shift: 24/7 rotational, completely night shiftsWorking Days: 5 days with 2 rotational week offsTransport: One-way cab facility providedExperience: 12–24 MonthsEducation: Only GraduatesLocation:pune -walk-in InterviewJob DescriptionSkillset & ResponsibilitiesTelecom Domain Knowledge- Understanding of telecom network architecture, protocols, and automation frameworks - Familiarity with SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network management systemsInternational Sales Expertise- Experience in B2B international sales (preferably in telecom/IT services) - Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities - Ability to handle multi-country sales operationsTechnical & Commercial Acumen- Ability to understand technical network solutions and communicate value propositions - Competence in pricing strategies, forecasting, ROI analysis - Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvementsCore Responsibilities- Develop and implement international sales strategies for telecom network services (IP Transit, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, etc.) - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets - Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, carriers, and partners - Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities - Lead contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and deal finalization - Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams for solution customization - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance reports - Manage complex project requirements and resolve operational challengesSoft Skills- Strong cross-cultural communication - Leadership and team coordination skills - High adaptability and analytical mindset
