Title:Windchill, Business System Analyst - Communications, Media, and TechnologyJob Summary: Skilled and experienced PTC Windchill Business Analyst to join our team in the Communications, Media, and Technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, specifically PTC Windchill, and will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis:Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements within the Communications, Media, and Technology domain. PTC Windchill Expertise:Utilize in-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill to support and enhance PLM processes. Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Solution Design:Design and propose solutions to optimize business processes and improve system functionality. Implementation Support:Assist in the implementation of PTC Windchill solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Testing and Validation:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of PTC Windchill. Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations. Project Management:Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on PTC Windchill in the Communications, Media, and Technology domain. Technical Skills:Proficiency in PTC Windchill, PLM systems, and related technologies. Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management:Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.2) Senior Windchill DeveloperThe expectation is this person should have 8 plus years of experience with Windchill development. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Developing and maintaining software using Java and enterprise system APIs Actively participating in all stages of the implementation project from development through testing Developing relationships with the clients and supporting them during the project lifecycle Meeting with and utilizing teammates’ expertise to maximize project efficiency Documenting methods and lessons learned EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: Prior experience with Media and technology industry a major plus Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science and equivalent experience in the development industry Experience in document management, change management, Supplier Management and workflow development Experience in Windchill Bulk Migrator Experience with Java programming, specifically with Windchill API Experience with ERP integrations preferred Web-based development experience (JSP, Javascript, MVC, Spring) preferred In Depth knowledge of object-oriented methodologies and API development preferred Database experience (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus3. Tibco Windchill Integration DeveloperTIBCO along with PTC Windchill – Change Management, Document Management, Workflow developmentRequired Skills and Qualifications: Expertise in TIBCO products (Business Works, EMS, etc.) and Windchill ESI. Strong hands-on experience with integration technologies like Info*Engine, XML mapping, OData services, SOAP/REST web services. Proficiency in programming languages like Java. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of Agile methodologies, configuration management tools, and CI/CD for integration projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
