BAT Practice Lead

Skills & Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: - Extensive experience (12+ years) in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on business acceptance testing. - Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. - Stakeholder Management - Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies, and a keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies. - Scrum & Agile knowledge, SFPC certification is desired. - Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge - Deep understanding of the industry in which the role is situated, such as P&C insurance, finance, or technology, to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Testing & Project Management tools – HP ALM, JIRA, ConfluenceSkills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Stakeholder Management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB). - Experience with machine learning and AI technologies.
