Location: PuneShift: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)Experience: 1-3 yearsQualification: and GraduatesRoles and Responsibilities :Review, draft, and process customer contracts, amendments, and renewals in line with approved templates and commercial terms.•Validate contract data such as pricing, billing details, term dates, and service configurations before submission.•Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, legal, finance, delivery) for contract approvals and clarifications.•Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the Contract Management System (CMS) or CRM.•Track contract expiry and renewal timelines; flag discrepancies or pending approvals.•Ensure all executed contracts are archived as per compliance and audit requirements.•Support audits and internal reviews by providing documentation and status reports.•Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline the contract lifecycle.
