For more information, visit Location: Phase 1, Hinjewadi, PuneJob Title: Ivalua Consultant (2 Years Experience)Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Ivalua Consultant with 2 years of functional experience in implementing and supporting Ivalua Source-to-Pay solutions. The role involves working closely with procurement stakeholders, configuring modules, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth process alignment.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support Ivalua modules across the S2P lifecycle (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing).Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system-driven solutions.Participate in end-to-end implementation activities including UAT, documentation, and deployment support.Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements.Maintain system configurations, workflows, and master data as required.Support stakeholders with training, issue resolution, and process improvements.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices within the Ivalua platform.Required Skills & Experience:2 years of hands-on experience in Ivalua configuration and functional support.Strong understanding of S2P processes and procurement domain.Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and UAT support.Basic knowledge of integrations, workflows, and reporting within Ivalua.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business users.Good to Have:Experience in Ivalua upgrades or new module rollouts.Exposure to SQL, data mapping, or interface testing.
