Ensure the Daily Revenue Report is published. Track and report monthly performance data for financial parameters in employees KRAs.Reportaccurate actual vs ABP at an entity, BU, and client level on monthly basis.2. Generate and dispatch invoices to customers accurately and promptly, and publish weekly DSO report to stakeholders and drive zero DSO.3. Responsible to maintainstrong internal controls and liaise with leadership team on the risk management framework.4. To manage petty cash & disburse cash only against a properly authorized petty cash voucher& prepare and submit timely replenishment requests with all supporting documentation.5. Manage company credit card linked standing payment instructionsand one time payments &reconcile the card statement against receipts and approvals.6. Collaboratively work with Accounts team for resolving vendor queries with respect to GST, TDS etc.7. Liaise on budgeting and forecasting exercise with the senior leadership and Finance ControllerI. Essential Qualification & Experience: i. CA-IPCC/MBA Finance with relevant experience of 3-5 years ii. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. iii. Proven track record inFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)III. Essential Soft Skills: i. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ii. Good communication and collaboration across teams iii. Go getter with ability to manage multiple tasks.V. Essential Functional & Technical Skills: i. Proficiency in using accounting software (Tally/Zoho etc) ii. Proficient in MS Excel, powerpoint. iii. Knowledge ofdirect and indirect taxation
