BIM Lead/Manager

We are looking for a qualified candidate for our client, a leading global name in Pharma Engineering Consultancy.Job Title:BIM Lead / Manager Qualification:Mechanical Engineer Experience:15+ years in Industrial Projects Notice Period:30 days (Immediate joiner preferred)Key Responsibilities Develop and implementBIM protocols and systemsfor new projects. Coordinateproject model deliveriesand review models for accuracy and compliance. LeadBIM coordination meetingsto discuss project updates and resolve issues. Createtraining materialsand conduct sessions for BIM software users. Liaise withproject managers, engineers, and architectsto ensure smooth workflow integration. Maintain theProject Information Modeland oversee data management throughout the project lifecycle. Managemultiple projectssimultaneously and ensure quality and progress reviews. Supervisemulti-discipline Revit engineersand provide technical guidance. Ensuretechnical competence in MEP utilities . Demonstrate strongvisualization skillsand the ability to work on projects inPharmaceutical, Food, Industrial, and Mixed-usesectors. Manageinternational BIM projectsfor modeling, coordination, and delivery. Work independently with minimal supervision while being a proactiveteam player .Required Skills & Abilities Expert user ofAutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks(Revit version 2017 or above). Experience withBIM 360is a must. Strong knowledge ofBIM standardsand coordination workflows. Experience in preparinggeneral arrangement drawingsfor Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, GFC, and As-Built stages. Ability to produce accurate2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit coordinationwork for rooms, corridors, risers, and plant areas. Capability to prepareP&IDsandutility routesfrom basic inputs. Understanding ofbuilding services standards and codes . Knowledge ofHVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical Pipeworkfor heating/cooling, domestic water, gases, sprinklers, and drainage systems. Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional with proven leadership in theBIM domain .
