Building a team by identifying and onboarding suitable team members Efficiently managing the team while keeping the team motivated and ensuring smooth delivery Preparing project/engagement documentation like Project plan, Risk/Issue register, Training plan, Communication plan, Change log, Case Study Preparing/presenting concise and accurate status reports to clients and internal leadership Finding additional business within/outside of current account while delivering engagement Knowledge sharing between different engagements Understanding industry/technology trend and applying it for engagement benefit Build high level technical and business domain knowledge Effective stakeholder management for client and internal stakeholders Experience of managing ServiceNow, Salesforce or Atlassian is preferred.
