About the RoleAIOps Platform ExpertiseIn-depth hands-on experience with BMC Helix AIOps – including Situation Management, Root Cause Analysis, Noise Reduction, and Impact Service Modeling.Responsibilities- Expertise in Service Blueprints – defining business service topology with impact weightage and dependency mapping. - Ability to design and optimize AIOps correlation policies using ML-based event correlation and situation scoring. - Deep understanding of BHOM (BMC Helix Operations Management) modules, data pipelines, and event ingestion architecture. - Experience in defining custom ML models or using BMC Helix GPT or Cognitive Services for automated event resolution or best action recommendations.Qualifications- Deep knowledge of cross-platform integrations between BHOM and multiple monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Splunk). - Experience with event and metric ingestion pipelines (Kafka, REST APIs, webhook configurations). - Designing and implementing auto-remediation workflows using BMC Helix Automation, Runbooks, or third-party automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, etc.). - Hands-on experience integrating AIOps with ITSM (Incident creation, assignment, resolution automation). - Ability to define AIOps operational playbooks for Level 1 and Level 2 operations teams.Required Skills- In-depth hands-on experience with BMC Helix AIOps. - Expertise in Service Blueprints. - Ability to design and optimize AIOps correlation policies. - Deep understanding of BHOM modules and data pipelines. - Experience with custom ML models and BMC Helix GPT.Preferred Skills- Knowledge of cross-platform integrations. - Experience with event and metric ingestion pipelines. - Designing auto-remediation workflows. - Integrating AIOps with ITSM. - Defining AIOps operational playbooks.
