Project Manager

We are hiring for a Project Manager for Pune location at BiofuelCircle. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Coordinate various projects as per Pilot Program, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Sales & Business Development: Market search, identify potential clients, and develop pitch decks, marketing presentations. Project and Proposal Documentation: Develop Proposals, Estimates, and Execution plans Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Manage Program MIS, Prepare reports on project progress, sales performance, and market insights. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align project and sales goals.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Handson experience in Project Management, PM Tools and Customer Handling Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Travelling Requirements: 10%
