:–(-): +/: ’/’,():We are a niche business analytics firm with nearly two decades of delivering global value partnering with Fortune 500 companies through our ISO-certified development centre in Pune and operations across multiple countries.:As a Technical Project Lead, you will steer the technical delivery of high-impact projects: guiding development teams, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring high quality solutions that meet timelines and budgets.:• Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end technical delivery of projects meeting objectives, timelines, quality standards.• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide development teams, foster collaboration and productivity.• Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support to solve complex technical challenges.• Stakeholder Communication: Bridge technical teams and stakeholders so everyone is aligned.• Resource & Risk Management: Allocate and manage resources; identify, assess and mitigate project risks.• Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimisation and adopt best practices for better delivery.::1. Advanced proficiency in SQL & relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)2. Strong experience in data modelling, data warehousing, ETL tools & techniques3. Programming expertise (Python, R, or Java) for data analysis/manipulation4. Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)5.
