Job Alert !!Job Role- Lead/Senior Lead-F&A OperationsJob location – PuneExperience -15 YearsRoles & Responsibilities● Responsible for the overall delivery of the Finance scope for Delek. ● Builds and maintains strong relationship with clients● Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations ● Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery ● Reviewer and approver of all transformation initiatives to streamline operations while enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.● Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. ● Manage budgets related to client operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness. ● Forecast resource needs and allocate budgets accordingly.● Address and resolve any operational issues or client complaints promptly. ● Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to solve problems. ● Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery. ● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service effectiveness. ● Drive cross functional synergies to enhance service delivery (IT, S&P, Commercial, HRO)
