We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Design Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry.Responsibilities : Oversee end-to-end project execution for ultra high purity piping, tubing, and utility systems, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction. Review and interpret project specifications, P&IDs, BOQs, and BOMs; ensure alignment with SEMI, PED, and cleanroom standards. Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports for senior management and clients. Mentor junior project engineers, building team capability and supporting professional development. Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to resolve technical or execution challenges. Provide leadership in project reviews, client meetings, and audits, ensuring issues are identified and resolved proactively. Ensure rigorous compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor ’s degree inMechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. 5–10 years of project managementexperience in semiconductor, PV solar, or high-tech manufacturing industries. Proven expertise in managinglarge-scale turnkey projectswith budgets of ₹20 crore and above. Strong understanding ofultra-high purity piping, cleanroom systems, and relevant industry codes. Proficient in project management software(e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, balance multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
