ObjectivesEnsure the coordinated rollout, sustainable support, and continuous improvement of SFS MES across Asian production sites, by supporting local teams, and aligning with central functions to maximize transparency, efficiency, and productivity.Principal duties Act as the main point of contact for production sites that are implementing or already using our productivity improvement solutionsSupport theProject Lead, ProjectProfessionals (key user), and Field Specialists during rollout and daily useEnsure data accuracy and completeness within the systemCoordinate the project rollout across production sites in the Asia regionServe as key interface between manufacturing sites, Digital Manufacturing, the Rollout Team, and local ITProvide first- and second-level support for project and coordinate third-level supportTrain project leaders, key users, and operators on effective system usageIntegrate project into daily operations to maximize transparency and productivity gainsParticipate in and facilitate exchange meetings, sharing best practices and harmonizing approaches between sitesSupport production sites with complex technical or organizational challenges during implementation and operationMonitor system usage, collect feedback, and propose improvementsPrepare and deliver reporting on rollout status, support cases, and improvement initiatives to Digital Manufacturing management
