As part of our growth in the region, we are currently seeking a Digitalization Manager to join our established office in India, with locations in Gurgaon and Pune. About the role: We’re looking for a Digitalization Department Manager to lead our Group’s digital transformation strategy — modernizing systems, improving operational efficiency, and driving a data-driven, agile culture across all business units. If you have solid experience in digital transformation within EPC/EPF project environments , and you're ready to take full ownership of systems modernization on a global scale, we want to hear from you. Your Mission Audit current digital tools and platforms (including legacy ERPs and workflows). Define and propose a fully integrated and scalable digital ecosystem (ERP, CRM, ECM, etc.). Lead the implementation of automation, analytics, and collaborative tech across the organization. Foster adoption through change management, training, and cultural alignment. Monitor digital KPIs, ROI, and ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.
