Japanese Bilingual React/Node (Full Stack Lead)

Job Locations: Chennai, Pune, Delhi Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers 2. Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects 3. Knowledge and hands on experience in Java technologies including Core Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, NPM, Maven, VS Code, IntelliJ Idea, GitHub 4. Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams 5. Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours Good-to-Have: 1. Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management and P&C Insurance domain knowledge 2. Experience in the scan, build and deployment tools such as Checkmarx, Git, Jenkins, Jira, etc./ Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: 1. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams 2. Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects 3. Actively involve in supporting architecture decisions, prepare design documents, coding, conduct code reviews, ensure code quality compliance, troubleshoot technical issues, defect fixes, successful build and deployments 4. Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals 5. Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages
