Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Experience - 5 Years to 7 Years (Relevant In Project Manager) Must - Experience in Renewable Energy • New Market Development • Supply Chain • Finance • Project Management Key Tasks will be involved • Project Management: Coordinate various projects as per Pilot Program, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. • Sales & Business Development: Market search, identify potential clients, and develop pitch decks, marketing presentations. • Project and Proposal Documentation: Develop Proposals, Estimates, and Execution plans • Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. • Reporting & Documentation: Manage Program MIS, Prepare reports on project progress, sales performance, and market insights. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align project and sales goals. Ideal Candidate Profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Hands on experience in Project Management, PM Tools and Customer Handling • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Travelling Requirements : 50%
