Job Scope: Project Manager professional will be responsible for localised delivery of Expansion, new centre, Fit-outs, Refurbishment, maintenance and sales related capex projects in designated region. This includes the day to day management of capital development projects. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the right quality standard both from a technical and statutory perspective. Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage project execution activities - as assigned by Capital Development Management. 2. Manage projects from inception to completion. duties include technical planning, design, procurement and execution considerations. This includes the management of both internal and external resources.. 3. Provide clear, concise information to Capital development management and stakeholders on specific construction and/or commercial information to support project reporting and/or investment decisions 4. Manage project specific risks, develop mitigation strategies to minimise the overall risk to TEC, 5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and best practices within the industry. 6. Continually strive to surpass the high level of company standards through the use of best practices, strong team management and up-to-date project controls. 7.Should be able to manage multiple projects from inception to completion. duties include technical planning, design, procurement and execution considerations. This includes the management of both internal and external resources.. Education: Degree qualification from reputable university with global status in either engineering, development or relevant technical real estate field.
