Project Manager

Position Title: Cloud Project Manager Location: PUNE/HYD/BGLR/KOLKATA Experience Range: 8-16 years Notice Period: 0-15 days joiners The Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating extensive collaboration with delivery leaders and teams alongside various internal teams to drive capability enhancement and project delivery success. High-level skills and experience Strong consultative mindset and consulting skill set with a strong point-of-view on solutions. Strategic, ‘big picture’ thinking and connecting the dots. Ability to understand the ‘why’ along with the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of a partner need (i.e., well-rounded learning plans that drive business outcomes rather than just chasing headcount/numbers) Ability to deliver complex cross-functional projects by collaborating effectively & influencing team members and stakeholders Stakeholder Management in a matrix environment Change Management and Problem Solving amidst ambiguity - ability to navigate through process ambiguity and organizational complexities. Strategic thinking (i.e. well-rounded learning plan rather than just chasing numbers) Data Analytics - ability to dig into trends and forecast Attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent executive communication skills, both written and oral Tact and persuasive ability Highly collaborative across various business functions Expected tasks and responsibilities. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, executing projects using agile principles and sprints, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources, owning meetings, managing risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and time-bound deliverables. The candidate in this role is expected to manage projects involving full-time client and vendor resources. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The success of a partner learning Project Manager will be directly measured by their effectiveness in delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and time to plan creation (turnaround time): a key project management metric reflecting efficiency from requirements gathering to plan finalization. Qualifications We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications, skills, and experiences: 7+ years relevant experience being a project manager with some program manager experience driving outcomes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Strong Program and Project Management experience in matrix organizations Extensive experience in implementing Agile principles Experience working with a tech organization PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory Google Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) certification is highly preferred.
