Job Description: CP Sourcing (Real Estate Sales Department) Location :- Undri, PuneKey Responsibilities: Property Identification and Acquisition: Research and identify potential real estate properties, projects, or land suitable for the company’s sales objectives. Build and maintain a network of property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders to source new opportunities. Conduct site visits, market analysis, and due diligence to assess the viability of potential acquisitions. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, zoning regulations, property values, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in various locations. Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with the company’s strategic goals. Ensure timely closure of deals while optimizing costs and maximizing potential returns. Sales Support and Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client preferences and sourcing requirements. Ensure the sourced properties align with customer demand, market trends, and company objectives. Provide regular updates to the sales team on new acquisitions and market developments. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of property sourcing activities, contracts, and transaction documentation. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with external partners, including real estate agencies, local authorities, and consultants. Represent the company in meetings with property owners, developers, and government bodies.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition. Fresher’s can be considered as an Management Trainee Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
