This role combinesP&L ownership ,performance marketing leadership , andcontent-driven commerce strategiesto maximize revenue and profitability. You will proactively drive business growth byexperimenting with new models ,collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders , anddelivering exceptional customer experienceacross all digital touchpoints.Job Description: Business & Revenue Growth Own P&Lfor D2C and social commerce channels, ensuringprofitable and sustainable growth . Proactively drive businessby exploringnew commerce models, innovative campaignsto maximize revenue. Optimizemarketing spendswhile improvingreturn on investment .Website & Social Commerce Strategy Leadwebsite strategy , ensuringworld-class UX/UI, fast checkout,andpersonalized journeysfor customers. Build and scalesocial commerce initiativesacross Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Designcontent-led commerce campaignsthat leverage brand storytelling to drive sales.Performance Marketing & SEO Work closely with theperformance marketing agencyto drivecustomer acquisition, retargeting, referral, and affiliate programs . Partner with theSEO agencyto improveorganic visibility, search rankings, and content performance .Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with the product teamto improve offerings likeQuick Heal AntivirusandQuick Heal AntiFraud , using consumer insights to guide optimization. Partner withBrand, IT, Strategy, and other stakeholdersto ensure consistent brand messaging and commerce execution.Analytics & Reporting Set updashboards and reportsto track KPIs liketraffic, GMV, CAC, CLV, ROAS,andsocial commerce contribution . Present insights and recommendations to leadership forstrategic decision-making .Ecosystem Engagement Collaborate with influencers, marketplaces, affiliate partners, and other ecosystem players todrive both business and brand outcomes .Key Deliverables AchieveD2C revenue targetsand deliverprofitable unit economics . Growsocial commerce revenue contributionto overall digital P&L. Drivedouble-digit YoY growthin D2C transactions and customer acquisition. Build abest-in-class website experienceoptimized for conversions. Launchdata-backed personalization strategiesto increase retention and repeat purchases.Required Skills Proven experience inP&L managementandscaling D2C businesses . Expertise inwebsite commerce platforms(Shopify, Magento, WordPress). Deep understanding ofSEO, SEM, GEO , andsocial commerce ecosystems . Hands-on knowledge ofperformance marketing toolsandaffiliate management . Stronganalytics capabilitieswith GA4, Tag Manager, and heat-mapping tools.Desired Traits Growth-driven , constantly experimenting to find newer ways to scale transactions.
