We’re Hiring – Business Process Expert (Record-to-Report Transformation) Location: Pune Budget : 40 LPA Education: CA, MBA CORE RECORD-TO-REPORT TRANSFORMATION What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end R2R transformation (not operations) Drive process standardization, automation, and ERP/EPM system enhancements (SAP S4 HANA / Oracle Cloud) Work closely with global finance, IT, and transformation leaders Implement best practices, Lean/Kaizen/PDCA for continuous improvement Provide strategic insights to align finance architecture with business goals What we’re looking for: ✅ 10+ years’ experience in Record-to-Report (finance transformation focus) ✅ Strong exposure to process reengineering, global projects, ERP/EPM tools ✅ CA-certified ✅ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
