Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Manager - Record to Report (R2R) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and record to report processes preferably in a company listed on NSE/BSE. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's financial integrity and efficiency by managing end-to-end record-to-report activities. Responsibilities: General Ledger Management: Manage General Ledger accounting and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately. 2.Financial Reporting: Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Experience and advance understanding of working on ERP, preferably working in SAP environment. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Good understanding of Consolidation of Financials with multiple subsidiaries both domestic and international. Deep understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IND AS, GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements. tercompany Accounting: Intercompany eliminations and reconciliation as a pre-requisite to Consolidated Financial Statements. Collaborate with business units to resolve intercompany discrepancies and issues. Collaborate with Group companies and Holding Company reporting. 4.Related Party Reporting: Reconcile and Report all Related Party transactions. Implement best practices and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy. pliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed. Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting. 6.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and treasury, to support business initiatives and projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide financial insights. Qualifications: Must be a Chartered Accountant 5-7 years of experience in accounting and record to report functions. Listed company experience preferred. Preferred Industry Experience: IT, ITES, Technology, FMCG and other related Experience with BIG 4 audit firms would be preferred for a right candidate. Strong understanding of IndAS, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and FEMA. Proficiency in ERP systems - SAP. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines as required for a Listed Entity reporting. Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking, Strong attention to details. Excellent team-player mindset. Growth opportunity to participate in process automation
