As a Customer Success Associate , you’ll work closely with our co-founders and product specialists to ensure our product becomes a key part of our customers' business success. What Your Week Looks Like: ✅ Support & Troubleshoot: Respond to complex product queries from highly qualified customers via chat, email, and phone. ✅ Hands-On Assistance: Engage in remote web sessions to diagnose and resolve technical issues. ✅ Collaborate & Solve: Work with product specialists to find creative solutions to business challenges. ✅ Follow Up & Ensure Success: Proactively check in with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. ✅ Test & Improve: Identify product malfunctions and report them for enhancement. ✅ Stay Cool Under Pressure: Because great support comes with patience and a smile . ☺ What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in Application Support, Customer Success, or Technical Support. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ️ Fluent English communication with excellent comprehension and the ability to "read between the lines." Flexibility to work in shifts.
