Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: · Maintain and update employee records in HRMS software. · Prepare and analyse HR reports and dashboards for management review. · Data design insights using AI tools. · Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. · Assist in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy workplace. · Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. · Organize training & development programs to promote professional growth. · Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working culture. · Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Key Skills: · Advance Excel with hands on experience for at least 2-3 years. · Hands on for skills like: Macros, Pivot table, MS office, power BI (Additional). · Should be proficient on working with data of minimum 2000+ employees. · Primary role will be HR MIS. · Secondary role will be HR Generalist activities (Eg, PMS, Recruitment, etc) Requirements: · Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. · 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role. · Strong knowledge of HR practices, and HR tools/software. · Experience with HRMS systems. · Expertise in MS Excel. · Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
