Role: We are looking for a hands-on Excel expert who combines advanced development skills with solution architecture awareness. The right candidate has a proven track record working with live business data, optimizing Excel models (including VBA and Power Query), and partnering with both IT and business teams to solve real-world challenges. We’re focused on recruiting an experienced Excel solution developer who understands performance tuning, user experience, and enterprise use cases—especially in insurance or financial services settings. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential. Primary Skills : Excel VBA code Visuals basics Excel developer Sql and data integration Requirement: Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Excel-based solutions (including VBA/macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, and formulas). Act as a subject matter expert for all Excel-related escalation issues within the New Rep Enablement domain. Analyze and resolve complex Excel issues reported by end users during onboarding/escalation. Architect and implement scalable Excel tools integrated with external systems (e.g., databases, APIs, SharePoint, Power BI). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical Excel solutions. Drive continuous improvements by identifying process gaps and proposing automation or optimization opportunities. Provide technical documentation, user guides, and training to end users or internal support teams. Ensure all solutions are aligned with company security, compliance, and governance standards. Maintain version control and change management practices for Excel-based tools.
