Job Title: Associate – Customer Support (Japanese Language) Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia Salary range: 8000 RM - 8500 RM About the Role We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Associate – Customer Support . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are proficient in the Japanese language. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and professional customer support through email, chat, or phone in Japanese. Assist customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Document interactions accurately in internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards. Requirements Japanese Language Proficiency: N1 level (JLPT) or Native-level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory. Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relocation: Must be willing to relocate and work in Japan. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
