Job Description:

The Opportunity:- As a Platform Project Manager, you will leverage your skills and experience to drive and coordinate project work to best practices within a technical platform/cloud infrastructure team to implement driving continuous improvement delivery. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting and mentoring the platform engineering and operations team, fostering good communication, organization, planning, commitment and overcoming challenges inside the team and across other teams within Client and third-party partners. The platform engineering operations team is responsible for managing the infrastructure of core products on a global scale within engineering and operational disciplines. The team collaborates seamlessly to develop, build, test, deploy, operate, and manage infrastructure hosting solutions for our customers. As a Platform Project Manager, you will play a pivotal part in proactively planning and coordination the delivery of technical project delivery whilst addressing challenges with your colleagues and customers as they arise. Your expertise will be crucial in managing projects and collaborating with key stakeholders collectively achieve successful delivery. The Specifics:-  Own the end-to-end delivery of platform projects from initiation through to closure.  Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using professional tools such as Microsoft Planner, Project, Jira, or equivalent.  Coordinate resources across product development, delivery – including programme, customer success, engineering and platform, security, and finance to meet delivery goals.  Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable updates.  Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers or escalate when necessary.  Track and report on project KPIs, budgets, and timelines for leadership visibility.  Organise and run stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospectives, and status updates.  Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and lessons learned are captured for future projects. What we are looking for:- Must-haves 12+ years (Relevant 5+ years) of experience in software delivery project management (Agile and Waterfall projects). Experience in documentation & planning. Good understanding of platform technology. Hands-on experience with project planning tools. Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder management. Exp in AWS Services Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively. Experience tracking project budgets and timelines. Strong background in infrastructure management, along with some exposure to security tools. Project management certification (Agile PM, PRINCE2, PMI) is an advantage.
