Job Title: Director – US IT Recruitment (PST Hours) Location: India - Pune (Remote/Hybrid, aligned to US PST hours) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Director – US IT Recruitment to lead our recruitment delivery operations for the US market. This role demands a strategic leader who can oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery , scale high-performing teams , and act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders and clients . The Director will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent quality, and shaping long-term talent acquisition strategies while working from India during US PST hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for US IT recruitment delivery, aligning with business goals. Oversee and scale a team of recruiters and managers to ensure high-quality, timely hiring outcomes. Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction. Partner with senior US stakeholders, business leaders, and clients to understand workforce needs and market dynamics. Develop and implement scalable sourcing and talent strategies for niche and emerging IT skill sets. Drive operational efficiency through metrics, dashboards, and continuous process improvements. Manage escalations, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure seamless recruitment operations. Mentor and coach leadership team members (managers/leads) to build future-ready recruitment capabilities. Stay updated on US immigration policies, hiring trends, and compliance requirements . Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and potentially P&L accountability for recruitment delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PG preferred). 12+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (Senior Manager/Associate Director/Director). Deep expertise in US hiring practices, visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, US Citizen), and compliance. Strong track record of scaling and managing large recruitment delivery teams . Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Strong business acumen with exposure to budgeting, P&L, or revenue impact preferred. Flexibility to work US PST hours .
