Responsibilities: • Class A Surface Development from Concept to Production working with Sketch or Scan data • Produce and supply production-level data sets • Create quality Interior and/or Exterior Surface Data utilizing the Alias tool. • Works together with Engineers to incorporate high-level feasibility for Class A final tooling data. • Collaborates with many cross-functional teams and support as needed • Design Project Leadership by using the Advance tool for client Project requirements. Requirements: • Alias Surfacing • Class A Surface experience • Must have Automotive Design Studio Experience • Deep understanding of Theoretical Intersections, Curve relationships, Smoothing, & G3 -Curvature Continuous Curves. • Thorough knowledge in Highlights, Curve Analysis, Draft, & min Radius Tools. • Experience with GSD, FSS, IDX work benches • Hold a deep understanding of Fit & Finish, Gaps, & Flushness. • Comfortable in a fast pace environment adapts quickly to changes, and is flexible with tight schedules.
