Project Manager – Fire Protection System Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fire Protection System to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of fire protection projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire suppression, fire alarm, and fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: ·        Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for fire protection system installations. ·        Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project completion. 2. Technical Oversight: ·        Review and approve fire protection system designs, including sprinklers, hydrants, alarms, and suppression systems. 3. Team & Vendor Management: Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. 4. Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to safety standards. 5. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain all project documentation, including permits, reports, and compliance records. Coordinate with fire department and regulatory authorities for approvals and inspections. 6. Client Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates. Prepare progress reports and conduct project review meetings. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Safety Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in fire protection system projects, including design, installation, and commissioning. Skills: Strong project management and leadership abilities.
