Quality Control Officer (Defence/MIL Standards)

QC Manager is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and customer expectations. Major Roles & Responsibilities: · Responsible for Incoming & Outgoing QC · Lead the QC team of 10+ people · Develop & implement quality control processes · Continuously improve processes to minimize defects and maintain product integrity · Frontend Customer · Maintain Quality First Culture · Should own customer returns / field failures · Responsible to provide CAPA to Customer · Ensure ZERO defect in dispatched FG · Responsible for End-to-End documentation & maintain records for future reference · Ensure product quality & traceability as per ISO / AS standards Managerial Attributes Self-driven, Motivated, Ready to accept new challenges Desired: Passionate about roles & responsibilities Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager for Pune location.
