The Strategic Planning Team is seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Planning Associate to join our dynamic group. This role is ideal for candidates with 7-10 years of professional experience who are passionate about driving organizational success through enterprise prioritization, resource and investment allocation, and the development of multi-year strategic plans.Key ResponsibilitiesEnable the prioritization of enterprise strategic initiatives. Support the Strategic Planning team and the Executive Committee in gathering and analyzing data to inform prioritization decisions that align with enterprise goalsHelp develop planning scenarios and prepare recommendations for optimal allocation of financial, human, and technological resourcesSupport the creation of strategic plans, own maintenance of strategic plans and lead conduct roadmap analysisBuild relationships within the Strategic Planning & Execution communities and collaborate with cross-functional teams during planningLead in conducting complex analysis, including financial modeling (NPV, IRR, ROI)Lead in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate strategic planning deliverables and artifactsLead in continuous improvement projects leveraging process improvement and technology enablement (including AI)QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.Working knowledge of utilizing AI tools and advanced prompt engineering to analyze complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and generate high-quality contentAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with initiative and drive for resultsCritical thinking, analytical reasoning, adaptability and willingness to learnFinancial services’ business acumen and strategic awareness
