The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional to build people practices, enhance employee experience, and ensure efficient workplace operations.ResponsibilitiesHR Operations Lead end-to-end HR operations including workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, payroll inputs and policy implementationDrive HR initiatives aligned with business goals, ensure compliance, and continuously improve HR processes and systemsTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment strategy, hiring plans, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and quality hiringMonitor recruitment metrics, optimize sourcing channels, and strengthen employer brandingLearning, Development & Engagement Design and drive training frameworks, leadership development, and capability-building initiativesLead employee engagement, culture-building and internal communication strategiesAdministration, Facilities & Travel Management Oversee administration including facilities, vendor management, infrastructure, and workplace experienceManage travel desk operations, cost optimization, and compliance with organizational policiesTeam Management & Stakeholder Coordination Lead and mentor the HR & Admin team, ensuring effective execution of responsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to address people-related challenges and drive organizational effectivenessQualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration6–10 years of experience in HR & AdministrationPrior experience in managing teams preferred Required SkillsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking with execution excellenceExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and complianceHigh ownership and decision-making capability Preferred SkillsPrior experience in managing teams preferred
