To ensure profitable growth and to deliver the business cases, we need to prepare excellent operations and maintenance of our assets, at the best market conditions and aligned with local operating strategies.About the RoleIn this context, the Digital team of the RF-GBU is looking for a Success manager, who drives the adoption of Digital tools for Operations and Maintenance. You will work with the RF-GBU global teams and the operational entities to make this happen.Location & Work Shift Details: -Working hours - 12 to 9 pm (IST) (European shift)Reports to: Head of Asset Steering & Performance Digital PuneNo Team Reporting; It's an Individual Contributor role.ResponsibilitiesBe the single point of contact for AMEA area, i.e. be in charge of:Presenting & promoting to various stakeholders the portfolio of digital tools for O&M of Wind, Solar, BESS such as Darwin, Grafana, BladEye, Raptor Maps, Vibration monitoring, etc.Showing how the digital tools create valueCollecting customer feedback, bug tracking and follow-upThe delivery of asset connection projects and connection improvement projectsProject planningInterface coordinationTesting and start of productionUpdate the service level agreement reportingAssisting the users in their usage and fostering the adoption of the software solutionsImplement the action/adoption plan strategically definedSet up dedicated trainingEstablish and deliver change management projectMonitor Product runBe able to deep dive into Darwin data tools (L1 support)QualificationsDegree / Experience: Graduate or master's degree in engineering or business schoolStrong 12-15 years' experience in Renewables O&M Solar business is a mustStrong experience in project managementStrong interest in IT environment/Data analysisRequired SkillsMastery of O&M activities of the renewable business: challenges, processes, etc.SQL/Python (intermediate)Good exposure to Energy Industry is preferredProject management skillsCapability to understand and work with different cultures and various stakeholdersCustomer/user orientedFluent in EnglishPreferred SkillsChallenges to support digital transformation within RFGBU O&M businessTo understand customer organization and key people to deliver successful change management projectsTo deliver connection projects on time and on budgetTo monitor and manage correction of bugs with the various Dev/Op teamsTo create value using the RF-GBU digital ecosystem for O&M of renewable assets inside Engie groupEqual Opportunity StatementENGIE is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
