This role focuses on managing complex employee relations matters while partnering closely with business leaders to ensure fair, compliant, and effective resolutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage end-to-end ER cases including grievances, POSH cases, disciplinary issues, capability/performance matters etc.Conduct investigations and provide clear, practical recommendationsAdvise and coach people managers on ER policies, processes, and legal risksSupport development and implementation of ER policies and proceduresAnalyze ER trends and share data-driven insights to improve workplace practicesDeliver training and guidance to prevent recurring issuesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in Employee Relations case management within a corporate/large organizationAbility to handle complex and sensitive cases with professionalismExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong communication and analytical abilitiesExperience working in a global/matrix environment is a plusAdditional DetailsLocation: Gurugram & PuneShift: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM)
