Sr Business Associate -Payroll

Work Experience as Europe(Sweden/UK/Ireland) Payroll Processor• Good knowledge in Europe payroll process and local tax & social security tax•Managing end to end Europe Countries payroll operations, accounting, and accruals provisioning• Handling all internal and external payroll audit queries and support• Prepare Variance analysis, MIS reports, month end, Qtr end reconciliations etc•Year-end activities, Annual statement, BIK within the deadline• Ensure gross to net salary calculation accurate and timely processing for all entities regular and hourly employees. Ensure vertical, horizontal, gross level check, variance check, maker checker reconciliations etc.• Ensure day to day activates, and completing their schedules as per time lines.• Having good experience in excel/advance excel will be added advantage./ MBA – Finance
